REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
If goods or services received are defective or unfit for purpose, a full refund or replacement may be provided. Note that returns for change of mind or incorrect choice are not accepted. Replacements cover damage in transit or undelivered orders based on requirements. We guarantee our goods:
- Are of acceptable quality: safe, durable, free from defects, and suitable for their intended use.
- Match the description, though they may vary slightly in appearance due to being handmade.
Store Credits offered are:
- Not redeemable or transferable for cash
- Must be used within 1 year of issue
- Cannot be swapped for different services, must be used for a like-to-like product
- Once used, cannot be re-established
- Must be used in full at one time
- Not transferable between customers or companies

Within 24 hours of the order date, email catering@collierssandwichcompany.com with "Refunds or Credit" and your Business Name in the subject line. Attach images and provide details explaining how the goods fail to serve their purpose or are not up to standard.
